Instructions

  1. Stir the ingredients vigorously with lots of ice until the shaker is frosty.
  2. Strain directly into a cold rocks glass without filtering.
  3. For extra aroma, you may choose to twist and release the oils from a lemon peel over the drink before discarding it.
  4. Finish by sprinkling two or three additional drops of Jamaican #1 bitters on top.
