Manhattan Goes Tokyo

Bourbon's vanilla and caramel sweetness meets the dry, faintly fruity softness of sake, with ginger liqueur adding a warm, spicy lift. Ginger bitters sharpen the finish, giving a spirit-forward drink with a clean, peppery edge.
