Jeppson's Malört, Lillet Blanc and Pamplemousse Rose stirred together and served in a rocks glass with a lemon twist. The Malört keeps it bitter, with Lillet and Pamplemousse Rose softening the edges. Created by Drew Dumont at Atwood Restaurant in Chicago in 2018.
