A stirred, bittersweet drink of malty genever, sweet vermouth, Luxardo Bitter Rosso and Lillet Rose, with orgeat for roundness. The glass is rinsed with Jamaican rum and finished with grapefruit peel. Created by Sandy Jose Nunez at Middle Branch in NYC in 2016.
