- Chill a highball glass and fill it with ice.
- Add the red bitter liqueur, crème de cacao, Raspberry Liqueur, lemon juice and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Strain into the glass.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with an orange slice wheel and mint sprigs.
