AdInstructions
- **Gnome Foam Preparation:**
- Heat 2 dl of sugar with 3 dl of water in a pot until dissolved
- Once the sugar dissolves completely, stir in one 100g packet of Christmas foam pieces until fully melted
- Allow to cool completely, then transfer into a siphon bottle
- Load with a cartridge and shake firmly. Unload and insert a second cartridge, then shake again
- Store at room temperature if needed, but refrigerating for about an hour before serving gives the foam better structure. However, prolonged chilling may cause the foam to firm up
- **Lingon Sugar Syrup Preparation:**
- Heat 1 dl of sugar with 1 dl of water in a pot until the sugar dissolves
- Stir in 1 dl of frozen lingonberries and 2 cinnamon sticks
- Bring to a boil, then move off the heat and allow to cool
- Strain through a sieve into a bottle, pressing the berries firmly to release all their liquid
- Store in the refrigerator
- **Drink Preparation:**
- Pour gin, lingon sugar syrup, and lingon cordial into a shaker (fresh lemon juice can substitute if cordial is unavailable)
- Fill with ice and shake until properly chilled
- Strain into a coupe glass with a single large ice cube
- Top with the gnome foam
- Finish by scattering lingonberries across the foam
