Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, apple juice, gin and Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur to a shaker tin with ice.
  3. Throw the drink by pouring it back and forth between two tins.
  4. Strain into the coupe.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.
