- King Ka Mix (makes 1 litre):
- Combine 600 ml fresh lemon juice, 400 ml fresh orange juice, 25 g egg white powder and 3 dashes of orange flower water.
- Cocktail:
- Chill a rocks glass.
- Add the gin, Dandelion & Burdock Bitters, apple juice and maraschino liqueur to a shaker with ice.
- Shake, then strain the drink back into the shaker, leaving the ice behind.
- Shake again without ice.
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated red apple slice.
