Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the lemon juice, agave syrup, tequila blanco, limoncello and lemon sorbet to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish by floating balls of lemon sorbet on top, scooped with a melon baller.
