- Fill a rocks glass with smoke from a mild, aromatic cigar, then cover it so the smoke stays inside.
- Pour the Cognac, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Angostura bitters and Peach Bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Uncover the glass and strain the drink into it.
- Garnish with a dried apricot half on the rim.
