Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh strawberries with about a quarter of the crushed ice until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry purée into a highball glass.
  3. Rinse out the blender, then blend the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and the rest of the crushed ice until smooth.
  4. Pour the rum mixture slowly over the strawberry purée so the two layers flow into each other.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
