Instructions

  1. Pour the dark rum, grapefruit sugar syrup, lime juice, orange juice and egg white into a shaker, add ice and shake hard.
  2. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker and discard the used ice.
  3. Shake again without ice until the egg white turns frothy.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
