Stir Scotch, CioCiaro, Amaro, Simple Syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

I created the Kilted Flower by blending elements from the African Flower and Maravilla cocktails. I swapped out crème de cacao and mixed in amaro from both drinks. Considering it was Robert Burns Night, I opted for Scotch as the spirit, which pairs nicely with Amaro Sfumato. The name came to me naturally after that.

Sub Amer Picon, Torani Amer, or Bigallet China China
11 ml
Sub Zucca or other Rabarbaro

Instructions

Mix over ice, then pour through a strainer into an old fashioned glass containing one big ice cube. Finish by twisting an orange peel over the drink as a garnish.
