Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Stir the Lemon Juice, Campari and Simple Syrup with ice, then strain into the chilled glass.
  3. Handle the fire with great care. Warm the Cognac in a metal ladle and set it alight.
  4. Tip the burning cognac into the glass in one long, steady pour, from well above the rim.
  5. Garnish with a flamed lemon zest twist.
