Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Stir the Campari, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice and strain into the chilled coupe.
  3. Warm the cognac in a metal ladle and carefully ignite it.
  4. Pour the burning cognac from a height in a flaming stream into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a flamed lemon zest twist.
  6. Take great care with the open flame.
