Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Mash the strawberries in the bottom of the shaker.
  3. Add the vodka, simple syrup, apple juice, lemon juice and white balsamic vinegar, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until the shaker is cold.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe and garnish with a strawberry.
