Instructions

  1. Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill it and set it aside.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, orange liqueur and simple syrup to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds, until very cold.
  4. Tip the ice out of the glass and strain the drink into it.
  5. Top with prosecco and stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist.
