Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add the Scotch whisky, Islay Scotch whiskey, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and passion fruit syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake well until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled highball glass.
  5. Garnish with cinnamon powder.
