- Put a cocktail glass in the freezer, or fill it with ice water, until cold.
- Empty the glass if needed, then add the Bailey'S Irish Cream.
- Pour the Tequila Blanco in slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top.
- Give it one or two light turns with the spoon so the layers only partly blend.
- Serve at once.
