At Drink, when patrons crave something unusual, I often turn to Ted Kilgore's Industry Sour, a Fernet-Chartreuse "Daiquiri." Inspired by this and the Campari-Chartreuse Love & Murder, I thought about blending these flavors into a Flip. Given the connection between Fernet and Campari, I named it the Industry Flip as a nod to its origins.
