Instructions

  1. Crush 10 mint leaves and a peach slice together with simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Pour in the rest of the liquids and shake vigorously with ice.
  3. Strain twice through a fine mesh into a chilled glass filled with a big ice sphere or cube.
  4. Decorate with a sprig of mint and an additional peach slice.
