Stir Peach (Plus One Small Slice For Garnish), Lemon, Mint (Plus One Sprig For Garnish), Dry Peach Brandy with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

Over the last couple of years, numerous drinks with similar names have popped up, but as they disappear, all I’m left with is a sour feeling.

Instructions

  1. Crush the lemon, followed by the peach, and finally lightly mash the mint leaves in a big glass.
  2. Add half the glass with crushed ice, then pour in the brandy and bourbon.
  3. Stir until well-chilled.
  4. Finish with a dash of bitters and decorate with a slice of peach and a sprig of mint.
