- Crush the lemon, followed by the peach, and finally lightly mash the mint leaves in a big glass.
- Add half the glass with crushed ice, then pour in the brandy and bourbon.
- Stir until well-chilled.
- Finish with a dash of bitters and decorate with a slice of peach and a sprig of mint.
