Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add the mezcal, overproof rum, Velvet Falernum, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, rich sugar syrup, egg white, margarita bitters and saline solution to a shaker.
  3. Shake hard without ice to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Double strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lime zest twist and a dehydrated lime slice wheel.
