Ingredients: 30 ml Mezcal; 15 ml Crème de Banane; 1 dash Absinthe; 15 ml Amaro; 30 ml Pineapple Rum

Stir Mezcal, Pineapple Rum, Amaro, CrèMe De Banane with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

Inspiration struck when I combined banana liqueur and Sfumato from the Tarantula and Sfumato Swizzle drinks. The addition of pineapple rum and mezcal followed suit. To enhance the flavor, I tossed in a touch of absinthe for brightness. Naming it after Mystic Brewery’s Illegal Dance Moves double IPA seemed fitting.
