- Place raspberries and lychee gum syrup in a shaker.
- Crush them together.
- Combine with remaining ingredients, excluding lemon zest.
- Perform a dry shake.
- Then shake over ice.
- Squeeze lemon zest into the mixture.
- Double-strain through a fine mesh and second strainer.
