Instructions

  1. Chill a flute.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice.
  3. Add the dry sherry, Aperol and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled.
  5. Strain into the chilled flute and top with Prosecco.
  6. Dash the last of the orange bitters over the surface and garnish with a lemon twist.
