AdInstructions
- Coat a rocks glass lined with crushed ice using about five dashes of Gary Regan's Orange Bitters.
- If using apry, measure half an ounce; for R & W (preferred), mix one-eighth ounce demerara syrup with the rest in apricot liqueur to make a half-ounce mixture.
- Stir this together.
- Discard the bitters and crushed ice from the glass.
- Strain the chilled cocktail into it.
- Garnish by expressing an orange peel over the drink and then discarding it.
