Shake Gin, Gin, Bittercube, Grapefruit Juice with ice. Strain into a flute.

Bittercube's Ira Koplowitz approached me about creating a summery cocktail featuring their latest Door County Hop Bitters. The result is a refreshing blend highlighting the zesty citrus flavors often paired with hoppy brews.
