- Pack your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Inside, combine grapefruit juice, two types of gin, five dashes of Bittercube Door County Hop Bitters, and a strip of tangerine peel.
- Vigorously agitate until thoroughly cold.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top it up with tonic water,
- then garnish by floating a slice of tangerine on top
- and finishing with two drops of Bittercube Door County Hop Bitters.
