Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Combine the aquafaba, lemon juice, bourbon, amaretto and orgeat in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until cold and frothy.
  4. Pour the drink over the ice in the glass.
  5. Squeeze a lemon zest twist over the surface, then discard it. Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherries on a stick.
