Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the cachaça, crème de banane, Sauvignon Blanc wine and overproof rum to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a dried banana chip floated on top, or a peg clipped to the rim.
