Shaken in a coupe with Brugal as the main spirit and just a little bourbon and amaretto for sweetness and a nutty note. Grapefruit cordial gives a tart citrus edge and Angostura bitters add spice.

The Full Circle began in 2021, when the creator wanted a Fully Loaded Paloma but first had to make a grapefruit cordial. The syrup ended up thicker, which led to a rum-based drink instead, built on grapefruit and Donn's mix and finished with bourbon.
