Shake Brugal, Bourbon, Amaretto, Grapefruit Cordial (See Note) with ice. Strain into a coupe.

I was in the mood for a Fully Loaded Paloma but needed to whip up some grapefruit cordial first. I ended up thickening the syrup, leading me to create a rum-based drink instead. Grapefruit and Donn's mix pair wonderfully with rum, and adding bourbon gave it that perfect finish.
