Instructions

  1. Add the Cognac, Bénédictine, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Egg White, Vanilla Extract, Angostura Bitters, Black Pepper and Rosemary Sprig to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled, then strain the liquid back into the empty shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  3. Dry shake without ice to build a thick foam.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and rosemary.
