Instructions

  1. Put the mint sprigs in a shaker and muddle them lightly, just enough to bruise the leaves.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup and ice, then shake.
  3. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  4. Fine strain the drink into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice.
