Bourbon with pink grapefruit juice, lifted by a little maraschino liqueur and St-Germain and spiced with Angostura and Peychaud's bitters. Tart, floral and bourbon-forward.

First Bounce was posted in 2009 by the Chowhound user DavisSqPro. Other versions of the drink are more elaborate, adding lemon, mirto and absinthe, while this one is simpler. It began as Second Bounce, being a second attempt at the drink, and was renamed to settle confusion caused by an earlier mislabelling as Second Boz.
