Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the blue curaçao, lemon juice, cinnamon schnapps and vodka.
  2. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Pour the grenadine slowly over the back of a spoon so it settles at the bottom of the glass.
  5. Press the mint sprig lightly between your palms to release its aroma, then lay it on top.
