Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Angostura Bitters, Apple Juice, Cinnamon Syrup, Apple Brandy and Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Double strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Float a dehydrated apple slice on top.
