Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Cognac, Green Chartreuse, Rose Petal Liqueur, lemon juice, rich sugar syrup and egg white to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  4. Top with the sparkling white wine.
  5. Express a coin-sized orange zest twist over the drink and float it on top.
