Instructions

  1. Add the lemon juice, demerara / dark muscovado / brown sugar, dark rum, lime juice, white rum and bourbon to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until the shaker is cold.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  4. Strain the drink into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge or a small umbrella.
