Shake Mezcal, St-Germain, Lime Juice, Aperitivo with ice. Strain into a coupe.

Chris Antillon crafted the Elevated View at his restaurant, Elevated Q, to commemorate the establishment’s success after being asked to mix drinks at a local company event in Westminster, Colorado. Following a successful collaboration with the firm and its clients, Chris decided to debut the cocktail by skydiving into the party while carrying it strapped to him. The mezcal's smokiness mirrors the sensation of falling through clouds, Aperol captures the crispness of high-altitude air, and elderflower symbolizes the descent back to earth. This drink celebrates both a successful skydive and Chris’s daring approach to introducing his creation, making it an ultimate bucket list experience for adventurous bartenders.
