Instructions

  1. Line the inside of a highball glass with thin cucumber slices, then fill the glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin, St-Germain and sweet & sour mix to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with Prosecco.
  6. Finish with a sprig of fresh thyme on top of the glass.
