Shake Genever, Sweet Vermouth, Apricot Brandy, Orange Juice with ice. Strain into a coupe.

On September 27, 2010, after buying some genever, I wondered how to use it. Luckily, I had previously created the classic Tulip cocktail from Craddock’s Savoy Book, so I decided to make a variation of that drink.

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for half a minute.
  3. Pour through a strainer directly into a coupe glass.
