A bourbon-led sour with brandy, apricot brandy and a little Jamaican rum, brightened by lemon juice and rounded off with cinnamon syrup and Angostura bitters. Shaken and served in a coupe, created by Benjamin Talbot in 2022.

- Combine everything except the rum in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a glass half-filled with crushed ice.
- Pour the rum over the top as a float.
- Garnish with a cherry and add a straw.
