Created by Benjamin Talbot in 2017. A stirred gin drink where St-Germain, Lillet Blanc and sweet vermouth soften the base, while Amer Picon and Angostura add bitterness and orange peel finishes it.

Benjamin Talbot created Death & Taxes in 2017, drawing on Benjamin Franklin's well-known remark to Jean-Baptiste Le Roy. American and French ingredients are combined in the drink as a nod to that exchange.
