Instructions

  1. Soak a flute glass with absinthe by swirling it around and then pour out the excess.
  2. Put a sugar cube on top of the soaked area, followed by a dash of bitters.
  3. Pour in cognac and top off the drink with champagne.
  4. Finish with a lemon peel garnish.
