1:1 honey and water, boil and reduce
45 ml
Bonded; or Sub Scotch (Famous Grouse or Chivas work
1⁄2 tsp
can sub Laphraoig or other smoky Scotch
🌱 Vegan🌾 Contains gluten

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour through a strainer into a coup or martini glass.
  4. If you're using fresh grapefruit juice, double-strain the mixture.
