Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients except the chilled water into a drink dispenser and stir.
  2. Add the chilled water and stir again.
  3. Add just enough ice to chill the batch, then stir.
  4. Serve straight up in a coupe or martini glass, garnished with a lime wedge and a salt rim if you like.
  5. As the party goes on, stir now and then and top up with ice when needed.
