Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass and coat the rim with plum powder.
  2. Add the cognac, vodka, Cherry Heering, pineapple juice and tangerine/mandarin/clementine to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the prepared coupe.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry cooked in Heering liqueur.
