Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the shochu, amaro, dry vermouth and Peychaud's Bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with the brandied cherry.
