Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
  3. Add the Scotch whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled coupe.
