Instructions

  1. Put the honey syrup and vodka in a shaker and stir until the honey has dissolved completely.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Bénédictine and egg white, fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  4. Shake again without ice to build a thick foam.
  5. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest twist (discarded), plus an orange slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick as a sail.
